SHIPPING POLICY
We use USPS shipping services. To assist with safe arrival of your item, we ship with tracking numbers. Your tracking number will be sent to you when your item is packaged and processed for shipment. Please allow us 3-5 business days to hand-craft your order. (This may be slightly longer when demand is high.) Shipping times are typically an additional 3-5 business days. We apologize for any delays, but all items are custom made to order. Clyde is a huge help with morale in the shop, but lacking thumbs, he's not particularly helpful with assembly.
RETURN POLICY
Antique ReVisions LLC products are hand-crafted and made especially for you. Items are not assembled until an order is placed and payment is made. Therefore, your custom-made order is non-refundable. Be sure to measure your dog before placing your order. For tips on "What Size Should I Order" please visit our FAQ page. In the rare event that there should be a material defect issue, please contact us. (If your pet chews an item, that's NOT covered.) No need to bark or growl at us, we're here to help and work with you as best we can. Our goal is lots of tail wags.
