We lovingly hand-make this collar in the USA using genuine BioThane.
This collar is waterproof & stinkproof. Ends are heat sealed to maintain waterproof integrity. Buckles, rings and tucks are a durable stainless steel. Screws are nickle over solid brass.

Not intended for use in tie out application or for walking dogs who pull excessively.

We use USPS shipping services. To assist with safe arrival of your item, we ship with tracking numbers. Your tracking number will be sent to you when your item is packaged and processed for shipment. Please allow us 3-5 business days to hand-craft your order. (This may be slightly longer when demand is high.) Shipping times are typically an additional 3-5 business days. We apologize for any delays, but all items are custom made to order. Our dogs are a huge help with morale in the shop, but lacking thumbs, they are not particularly helpful with assembly.

Please be sure to measure your dog before placing your order. We make collars to order, therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Measure your dog in the area where the collar will sit. Be sure to add a couple fingers of space so your pup can breathe. Choose the size where your pup's measurement is toward the middle. This gives room to go up or down. 

*If your dog measures a 14", please order a 13-15".
*If your dog measures 18", please order a 16-20" collar.
