How to Choose Your Size
Measure snugly around your dog's neck just behind the base of the skull.
Choose the size where your dog's measurement falls toward the center of the listed range.
Example: If your dog's neck measures 14", choose the 11–17" size. This gives you room to adjust the strap up or down for the proper fit.
Please note: The actual strap will measure longer than the listed "fit size." This additional length is intentional and allows the strap to pass through the e-collar receiver.
How to Install & Use
- Remove one screw from your e-collar receiver.
- Thread the strap through the receiver.
- Replace and tighten the screw.
- Place the strap around your dog's neck and adjust it to the proper fit.
- Slide the barrel cord lock into position to help secure the adjustment.
- Once you have the correct fit, use the quick-release buckle for easy entry and exit.
The barrel cord lock is intentionally designed to fit snugly. This helps keep it securely in place after you have adjusted the strap.
